Tool register

Consumable goods and material storage department are used tool register to maintain records of the tools / spare part that used in plant level, tool register is different register than other material, when material are storage in consumable goods store, all the remain materials are consume in the user department that can be production, quality or maintenance department.

Tool register is only single register that material consumption records are maintained which is returned from user department after used of department requirements, all the tools that returnable after used are recording in the tool register, information are used by management and maintenance department to understand machine’s breakdown and other analysis. 3. tool Details
4. Quantity  and Quantity unit
5. Issuer signature
6. Receiver’s name
7. Receiver’s signature
8. return Date & Shift / time
9. Depositor’ signature
