Stock condition verification process are conducted for verify stacked material in storage areas for some identify damages and unacceptable material for further processes.
Stock condition verification process is verification and inspection process which all storage department’s stacked materials are verified its condition to identified stacked materials’ for identification of any damages and condition of material which categorize in unacceptable materials for further used or needs to some corrections and then can possible to take in processes. Stock condition verification process is inspection and verification processes that conducted by qualified inspectors as per frequency defined, generally, the stock condition verification is conducted monthly basis is recommended that transferring stocks, moving and new incoming stock are balanced and recorded are if monthly verify that any non-complied or unacceptable materials can easy for identify and immediate action can be taken in line with requirements.
