Stock account management system is established to conducting stock records and for verification of available materials in storage area.

 

Stock account management system and its documentation are prepared, maintained & update to managing stock and its records, verification and inspecting stock accounts and storage materials in the stock account management. Stock account management is conducted by storage manager to conducting physical stock and records verification, stock handling, stock movement and issues to other department on request; the stock account management is managing records of material storage in stock yard. The purpose of stock account management system is to controlling and managing stock records, material issues and received transitions and record of material and each item that storage and under charge of store manager. The store manager is conducting frequently monitoring on activities of stock, tracking of issues and location transfer and managing internal affairs with department where each transition of issued material for departments for its internal purpose.

 

Stock account management and its concern documentation are maintained by store department and its concern each activities, records, transitions and monitoring and controlling are conduct by store department and store manager is responsible for those activities which is directly concern with stock accounts. Stock manager is conducting records and documents for the reporting to management of current conduction of storage materials, the document is prepared to providing reporting to management is statement for stock or stock statement, see picture below given as example format of stock statement for education purpose:

Stock statement is prepared by store management to conducting information from various storage yards and various locations, the concern supervisors are providing records of current stock condition that each stock condition records are merged in single format and submit to management is stock statement of current condition of storage material in company. The records are generating generally on quarterly, half yearly or annual reporting to management to acknowledge stock condition of storage department. The records are handle and storage by store department as per standard documentation system and its disposal are conducted as per retention period, the stock statement is management reporting format that store management is prepared and provide report to management for further actions.
