Scrap yard documents are established and managed to describe activity, transitions and status to determine improvement and analysis of scrap yard.

Scrap yard documents are prepared, maintained and update by scrap yard manager, and responsible for managing each activity of scrap yards, deploy and monitoring on process and procedures to handle and controls over process. Scrap yard documents are help to determine actions on improvement as identified during analysis of scrap yard documents. Scrap yards major activity are receiving scrap from various department, storage and maintain scrap in scrap yards and disposal as the same of internal system had deployed procedures, the first stage is receiving scrap from various department are managed as per department sending request to scrap yard for collect scrap are generated during manufacturing or any other processes, on receipt of request, scrap yard collect the scrap and provide receipt of received scrap from requester, see picture below given as example format of scrap receipt which provided by scrap yard authority against received scrap from requester department, below picture provided for education purpose:
Scrap receipt is document format that used to provide acknowledge, confirmation of receipt of materials from manufacturing / production department or location that request had received, scrap receipt is conformation document that help to managing and recording scrap yard accounts, where location wise, materials wise and other records are easier for managed and also help to analysis which locations, machine, department or particular areas are generating more scrap that all the records are used for analysis for management and conducting actions for minimize scrap generate at said location. The documentation are maintained and update as requirements or activity conducted by scrap yard.
