Responsibility matrix
International Standard ISO 9001: 2008 according clause wise –responsibility areas are defined for assign responsibility as directions of company organization chart, company are assign responsibility to maintain quality management system like ISO 9001, TS 16949 etc.., this distributions of the responsibility table called responsibility matrix to acknowledge to all concern parties to system management parts.
As you can see picture above, there are five categorized designations are bifurcated to understand the requirements of international standard clause and its clause wise areas are defined, there are also possibility to there will be designations are increase and responsibility are distribute among peoples are working in quality management system environment.
Responsibility Matrix, you can see below legends are given to respectively indicate allocated responsibility against designations, legends are as below:
O = Overall Responsible
P = Primary Responsible
S = Secondary Responsible
Indicator O is indicate that overall responsibility for the works against clause wise of ISO 9001 : 2008 are need to follow to maintain quality management system, there are two designations are affect against responsibility of quality management system there are management and management representatives as same remains indicators are affect or enhance responsibility in line with clauses.
