Random inspection process on dispatch is conducted to ensure that dispatch process is accurately conducting activities as per standards and system requirements.
Random inspection processes on outgoing deliveries to customers, procedure are conduct to ensure to all the activities concerning material delivery to customers and its procedures are accurately conducted by department, all the standards are maintained during dispatch process as per standards and system requirements, the inspection process is also conducted for the improvement of dispatch processes, random inspection is the audit process where auditors are conducting any orders, materials or any document and verify the records, process and tracking of materials that is raw materials to final product, in process inspection, quality testing and packaging for each randomly taken inspection sample, the records are also maintained same as the random inspection and auditors are conducted. In the random inspection process is not manage or audit each order, document or any tracking code but auditors are randomly select any thing that feel strange or odd that can cause system leakages & possible non-compliance for existing system.
Random inspection process for dispatch materials, arrangement of the inspection process and concern documentation verification is conducted by quality department and quality manager is responsible for the conducting, arrangement of the inspection and selection of the qualified auditors for inspecting materials which is outgoing deliveries to customers. Dispatch head is responsible for the conducting non-conformity in case raised during inspection process.
