Quality issue report
Material Quality issue report is reporting to vendor for its supplied material quality inspection for some raised issues in quality. when company purchase the material from the supplier that need to some quality test for compliance quality for end applications, during inspection of the quality, in case any quality issues are raises that customer are reporting for the issues of quality raised in supplied product by vendor. Quality issue inspection and reporting are conducted by internal quality engineers or an external party who has proper knowledge of the technical requirements of product.
