Project review and acceptance process
Project review and acceptance process is established to ensure project stages, activities and task defined for project completion is organized & handled adequately.
Project review and acceptance process / procedure is established to verify activities of project stages, project activities and project task that through completion the project that should be well organized and needs to properly handled on each stage of project, project review is conducted all the stages of project where each task and its concern documentation, project requirements and direction of project are verified, and also conducted some basic requirements that should included safety requirements, employee health and concern issues and management in the project requirements. Project acceptance processes are conducted on base of the reviews; verifications and information are collected and recorded for the project implementation. Project reviews and acceptance process is maintained and approved on base of the completion reviews of each stages, activities, documents and records which helps determine action steps of project.
Project review and acceptance process or procedure is maintained by project management and project manager is responsible for the conducting the project concern documentation, preparation of project acceptance form and concern management are conducting those records and project concern information for the reviews of project tracks, project manager is responsible for conducting and presenting records, reliability of project and provides assurances of project stages and its steps can fulfilled requirements of management concern, management is responsible for conducting those records and reviews as per requirements, project standards and verify required resources and same provides on approvals of projects. Project acceptance are conducted on base of the format which is drafting information of project acceptances concern, see picture below given as example format for project acceptance form for education purpose:
Project acceptance form is covered all the project concern information which is used for the project acceptances and its criteria, requirements of each acceptance criteria against it’s compliances for managing each acceptance level, the document are reviewed on base of the information which required that can resources requirements, project stages and compliance of the project through all the records are verified and get for approvals. Approval team is prepared project reviews note where reviews concern information, remarks and comments are mentioned for improvement of project and acceptance or reject or improvement suggestions are considered in approvals notes, in case any part of the project or any task having objections by approvals team that all the records are mentioned, remarks and task list are mentioned which having needs to improvement or completely needs to remove which is not approved by approval team, concern project team is conducting each records of the list which is non approvals are occurred for identification of solutions for particular tasks and corrective and preventive actions are conducted, whenever all the actions are properly conducted that project review teams is verified all the task and make the final status of project approvals. The records of the project concern, project reviews, acceptances records and all corrective actions and preventive action records are maintained by project manager and all concern records are maintained separately.
