Program documents
Program documents are describe information of managed program for any projects or tasks for development, enhancement of progress of the system.
Program documents established to managing records, information to describe complete records sets to managing program for any concern projects, tasks or any improvement schedules that conducted for development of internal management system, enhancement in existing process or activity or continuous improvement of any system. Program documents are handled by concern program manager or general manager that established, launch any program for manufacturing, quality or any other department’s internal requirements, improvement or development. The documents are describe general requirements, information like program description, requirements of program for existing system, general issues to implementation of program, and solutions in line with requirements to short out issues that raised during operating / implementation of program at locations in workplaces. The program documentation is maintained and update to managing general condition of the company that needs to improve through various programs.
Program documents are prepared, maintained and update by concern manager, and general manager is responsible for deploy new programs as per internal requirements, if program concern general, all the programs and its implementation is not in general manager responsibility, mostly production, manufacturing concern are generally in responsibility of general manager. The program documentation are depends on the program levels and its internal requirements, and its monitoring and controls are deployed and conducted accordingly. The document used for recording information, see picture below given as example format of program sheet for education purpose:
Program sheet format is used to managing program concern information and describe requirements of programs, issues and inline with required solution, which is managed as per discussion of concern people meeting, results of analysis and pointing queries as per recommended actions. The program sheet format is prepared to presenting new development or any other required activity that going to manage as program is present against management for approvals, and on base of the program description, actions and activities that mentioned in sheet, and requirements of improvement that pointed in program sheet is base of its process to approvals or rejection of program before deployment in existing system. The records are managed and its concern activity is preceded on base of program sheet setup and management approvals.
