Payment voucher format
Payment voucher is the form to use to pay amount on base of verbal information without hard document like bills / invoice or any other documents, payment vouchers are mostly used for cash payments that is part of the petty cash accounting.
Payment voucher is very important part of the accounting system, each organization used the payment voucher for the internal account maintain, mostly payment voucher is used under the heading or title / sub title of petty cash.
When organization buy any material or services that bills or any other document which used as proof of buying at the movement payment voucher are used for the verbal information payment system.
Example: in case of the external person come to repair any machine that is not concern with any services agency that individual person all most not used any billing book or retail invoice, to pay against its services or materials are used the repairing are paid on base of the concern department approvals, head of department peoples and all the concern department peoples signature, payment are made without proof of the invoice.
Payment voucher is valid for each audit, but there are labs government taxes & duties label’s deductions or returnable amount which is part of the taxies. Refundable amount from government which paid for the buy of consumable goods are used in manufacturing are not covered on base of the payment vouchers, reason is non billing payment are not included any government taxies / as same you will not claim for that.
