Office equipment inventory management is established for manage office equipment to complied office employees’ requirements to complete their tasks.

In the office equipment generally are considered as printers, scanners, coffee maker etc., which is provided by authorized office to employee and recorded in office equipment inventory records, records are maintained as per deal with individual employee requirements accordingly time frame, exchange or returned office equipment to officer. Office equipment inventory records are maintained by authorized officer as management appointed and appointed officer is responsible for managing all equipment, purchasing, and assignment of equipment to employee on management approvals and managing records of each equipment, tracking equipment and all concern requirements that raised for managing it.
