Occupational health and safety (OHSAS) is the international standard that focus on health and safety of the humans that working in organization, visiting at plants and company that each human health and safety concern requirement clauses are given in OHSAS, in OSHA form – injury register are covered each employee who is injured during working at plant that need to record in register for the analysis on the accident on base of the register, injury register given information to possible investigation on each accident / were employee injured during any operation.

 

In injury register all most all concern details are merged in register, on base of collection of data during the injury reported. Generally supervisor / operators can maintain the register department wise of injury or incident / accident register to increase possible safety on base of the records.

 

In injury register following details are need to incorporate:

  1. Date and time of injury
  2. Location / department / area
  3. Full name of employee / victim
  4. identification number of employee / victim
  5. occupation of employee
  6. age of employee
  7. super visor and leader name
  8. full description of incident
  9. nature of injury and identification part of body injured
  10. Date of returning at job
  11. Claim details

 

Generally, injury register is common in any organization, but at requirement, facilities are increase as level of data collection and analysis.
