Individual dashboard document is described employee individual daily activities tasks, weekly budget, and compliance of works for the week.
Individual dashboard is format that used to managing daily activities and recording concern information, management of employee individual daily activities tasks and budget management / cost management for individual person which is distributed by management for particular tasks that estimated by management for particular tasks and provided to employee and the individual dashboard is management part that help to manage employee individual tasks management, financial management, and compliance of the work at the end of week status of each activity can be possible to review in the individual dashboard. The purpose of the maintain individual dashboard is to reporting and it’s a complete reporting version that used for managing and recording information of person that conducted various processes, manage its own budgets and compliance of work that done during the week, the system of this reporting format of individual dashboard is used by employee who having the requirements of manage costing and activity that planned for the week are effectively manage its works and plan whole week with each activity, cost per activities and compliance of works are managed to provide reporting to management as and when required.
Individual dashboard and its concern process are maintained by person who had required the formatting system and provides structural management for each tasks and needs to controls over costs of each activity managed during the week, and also for the compliance listing of each works task done during week. The system help to analysis the information to identify required points & against the cost that done during performing tasks, provides structural data information to management with costing of each activities and sub activities with stages that particular task had taken the cost are possible to manage in it. Individual dashboard format is used to recording information of the individual person that records are maintained of each activity are planned and complied during the week, and also managed costing of each activity handled by person, the records are submitted i.e. concern supervisor or manager and concern authority are verify the individual dashboard to collecting information and progress of each activity assigned by management to concern person. The documents are managed, handled; storage and disposal are maintained as per standards system.
