Identification non-standards method process established to ensure that all method used in workplaces are verified, approved and maintained as per standards.
Identification non-standards methods process is prepared and deployed in management system for conducting each activity are organized in system and all areas of workplaces are properly maintained and each method is deployed as per standard requirements, manufacturing activities and its supporting methods are conducted as per standards. The system is deployed to ensure that each method setup and followed as per technical requirements of the activities, standards which through product is manufacturing and all concern processes are maintained. Identification non-standard methods is process that all the activities and methods are verified, and identify in case any method is performing as non-standards method and considered not as per standards requirements, that those methods are identified and recorded in identification of non-standard method list for the further actions, those all identified non-standards methods are verified, reviewed and conducted for implementation as per standards clauses and its work instructions, standards operator procedures etc.. Are maintained and complied standard requirements for particular methods, there most important parts of the method which is conducted and its function which is monitoring, reviewed and verified for the improvement are method range and method parameters, reviews team is managed those range & parameters and compare with standards methods which is conducted as similar or particular activities, there are also monitoring and managed each methods and its functions, range and parameters for verification and tests for identify any non-conformity as per standards, on behalf of the whole reviews, team is reporting for requirements of resources like manpower, machinery, equipment or any financial support for method standard sustain in workplace.
The purpose of the procedure of identification of non-standards method is to ensure all methods are existing in system is properly identified, organized and complied as per standards requirements, safety requirements and complied with all government laws and regulations. the identification of non-standards methods are conducted as per workplaces, activities and its concern processes, the methods which are identified as the methods are verified its technical requirements, details and its standard work method and references, in case any method is identified without any standard reference that reviewed those methods are properly managed which having no any standard reference and unique or used for particular works that does not required any standard requirements those method are maintained separately, but those method having a internationally acceptable as the standard methods and all the details and standards operational procedure can possible to maintained and implementation that those methods are reviewed, modified and verified for implementations, the method which needs to measurements and its controlling over some activities are identified that those methods are maintained as required controls. The identification of non-standards method process is completed when the all acceptable criteria are matched and reviews team is satisfied with compliance of methods’ process and activities as per standards.
The procedure of identification of non-standard method are conducted by quality manager and concern department peoples for indexing, verification and proper reviews of each method is conducted by department peoples and deployed in various areas, quality manager is responsible for indexing each method are used in various department, each methods are indexing as per department, and identify those methods are proper for those activities, methods which is identified are proper handled and as per standard management system, and on base of the identification, verification and reviews all the activities are managed and controls are deployed, amendment, process change or method requirements are complied as per standards, concern department head and peoples who are working with particular method are also responsible for managed and follows strictly as per method change and process management are maintained and deployed by quality department. Identification of non-standards methods records are maintained at quality department, where all information, verification documents and records concern methods and is processes, activities are maintained, verified and analyze for identification non-standard methods, scope of method identification and method scope of the working locations and area concern, all the processes that covered in method are considered in the scope of the method.
