Grade Record sheet

For any product having a specific components, grades and specification to identification of the base material of the product, vastly used for the material identification is the material grade, mostly companies are used for the internal communication as well external communication is the grade of the product hence the grade wise material stocking, staging and tagging are easier for company.

Grade record sheet is the one of the widely used format which is mostly companies are used for the tracking grade wise material to ordering and processing in internally used. Here as below given example grade record sheet:

1. Material grade – specific base material grades as per international standard product specifications.

2. Material Size – if the material can possible to identify through its size that material size can used other wise its should material name, if the size is not comfort that replace field as name

3. Raw material stock in quantity – stock record

4. In process quantity  – all the in process material quantity and storage at various places

5. Finish stock quantity

6. Wastage Quantity

7. Balance Quantity of the material

8. Difference – due to scrap, lost material
