Environmental Calendar
A government is ordered some rules and acts that need to strictly follow by the organization, in case of any leakage found that government are strictly noticed to organization for non compliance of the rules or acts as indicated in rule book. Environmental aspects controlling need to define frequency of the activities and testing, environmental calendar is one of the important document that gives the basic root for the company.
Requirements of basic format of environmental calendar are:
- Activities – that reflecting the environment and generates the aspect to environment that required to monitor on each activities.
- Description – information should be cleared and detailed to easier for the monitoring on activities.
- Require sampling points – this is requirement that sampling is required or not, answer will be yes / no in short.
- Parameters of sampling – in case of the sampling plan are required that each parameter of the activities or aspects is cleared mention in the environmental calendar.
- Frequency – frequency of the each sampling plan, monitoring and controlling frequencies are necessary to defined in environmental calendar.
- Month wise schedules – month wise schedule is given due to all the activities, processes deviations are not possible in single days that need to at least on month that is the reason monthly frequency is best for the origination.
