Employee discussion for internal system is conducted to get the suggestion and comments about internal system to improvement of product quality & documentation.

 

Employee discussion for internal system is established between employee and concern manager to conducting for discussion for get the suggestions and comments from employee on internal management system, its personal opinion with system to collect positive suggestions to improve product quality and documentations. Employee discussion is generally conducted between manager or management team where individual employee is participate & explain its opinion on company subjects, management mean is conducting all the information in document which is explained by employee during discussion, if the employee suggestions / comments are really useful for improvement in system that company management is prepare action plan for improvement system in company. This format is really useful to compliance of continual improvement of internal management system, process management and other activities which is directly or indirectly concern with product quality and company reputation.

 

Employee discussion is conducted for internal management system improvement to achieve quality targets, departmental improvement & minimize cost of product. Generally any senior department employee having idea which is conducted by discussion, some idea which never comes if the management are not come to employee and ask for the improvement, so its very positive approach by management if individual senior employee are contribute in company growth by provides such idea through improvement in the system can achieved.
