Employee discipline is regulations, conditions and instructions for to maintaining good environment by employee with each others in company.

 

Generally employee discipline is considered as the management, company orders or controls over the activities, behavior and works of employee is performing, but it’s not true definition for it, employee discipline is some basic principles that company is expecting from their employees’ behavior, works and activities to others are not bad impacts or sustain for negative impacts. Employee disciplines and its principles are defined for the not only company’s good faith but its also important for the employee to stay and work in working environment better and motivate for improvement its performance. Each company’s making its own discipline criteria and acceptance levels to understanding level of violation of terms and condition of discipline, but if the rules and regulations are making a difficultly for employee to perform task or explain its freedom of speak or any other ways that those rule are not a discipline, reason that employee discipline and general terms and conditions should not reflects and impacts on the regular working conditions, employee task or positions.

In case of the employee is cross the limits and violating the terms of the company discipline that at first manner employee worn by the management, still the employee is behavior is not improve that company should given the discipline documentation form for improvement which is filled by human resource department as violation of discipline regulations and conditions.
