Employee assessment is conducted on base of the employee skill, employee job performances, attitude & discipline in routine works, through employee evaluation or assessment is raking the employee job performance that helps to understand contribution in the company growth, on base of the employee assessment, employee individual growth is depends which is making the balances of employee individual growth as well company too.

Employee assessment conducted to purpose of the identify & raking the employee to regular job task, once in year evaluation process is conducted by internal management peoples, head of department by human resources arrangements. Employee Assessment is conduct on base of the defined individual employee measurements, skills, knowledge, disciplines and characteristics that concern with job title or departmental requirements. Each company has its own method or system to conducting employee assessment, generally employee assessment is conducted to measure some best requirements which identify individual characteristics and performance concern jobs and business.
