How to create internal Auditor Training Program in the Company ?
Training Program is to instruct internal auditors of the company in the principles and practices specific to auditing for conformance with the requirements of international standards that is ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007. Training conduct as per internal auditor’s international standard 19011:2002
The program goal to prepare auditors to be able to conduct effective audits and to encourage constructive development of audit skills thought analysis and self criticism.

g) Auditor’s personal qualifications and conduct, including personal attributes, audit management capabilities, behavior, NABAT code of conduct, do’s and don’ts of conducting audit
h) Audit techniques and procedures, includin
i. Sampling
ii. audit team meetings
iii. note taking
iv. communication and documentation of non conformities and observations
v. auditing techniques and objective evidence
vi. classification of non conformities
vii. non-conformity reports
viii. conducting meetings
i) Post-audit follow up on non conformities and closing out of corrective actions
j) Roles of audit team members and others associated with the team and the audit, including audit team leader, auditor, observer, trainee auditor, trainee team leader, witness, expert, guide and auditees.

Participants – preparation before conduct audit training
It is important that each participant has the appropriate knowledge before attending the course:
- Participants should have read and understood the latest issue of applicable international standards and the requirements and implications.
- Participants should be well aware of relationship of various standards internationally.
- Participants should be clear about the structure of an organization, its linkages and the responsibilities of various functions.
Assessment
The evaluation of the candidate shall be done on the basis of Continuous evaluation through:
i) Multiple choice, true/false or short answer questions
ii) Feedback
Duration
The total course time devoted to direct instruction and to assigned team and individual activities is 23 hours ( or 03 days ) and an additional 1 hour of feedback session on last day.
The course is structured and conducted so that each participant is subjected to realistic audit practices and conditions.
Case studies cover all the important aspects of the standards and guide the participants for conducting effective audits.
ii) Participants
The maximum participants that a course shall accommodate are twenty.
All participants shall be required to attend the full duration of the course .The participants cannot break and attend the training in multiple courses.
iii) Methodology
The pedagogy includes lectures, individual and group exercises, case study discussions, etc. The participants will be encouraged to discuss and share their experience
