Communication development process / procedure established for human resources department for improvement in communication to effective to all persons and personnel performance work at various departments and manufacturing processes which directly or indirectly effecting product quality shall be competent managed and organized continual improvement on each level of communication flow. The communication system development and concern documentation are handled by human resource department to communicate with each stage of manufacturing and supporting processes and commercial peoples to merged in system for improvement and develop proper communication system for routine works. This documented procedure is managed to all persons and personnel communication improvement. Communication development procedure conducted by human resources department and human resources department is responsible for establishment of communication development plan and its procedure, rest department are also responsible to participate actively to improvement of procedure and maintain effectiveness of communication development procedure. All department head is responsible to manage departmental communication process and flow to proper guidelines to bottom level of workmen. Communication development process is conducted on the standards and maintained the activities as per frequency, the responsibility of the each activities are assigned and determine the records are maintained for the same. Human resources department determine skill requirements of all person based on its education, experiences and competence gap is filled by training as per requirements of the concern communications level. For the providing training to concern peoples department is prepared training plan and skill table and conducting approvals from concern peoples on training schedule and planning, training programs and its effectiveness checking, evaluation etc., are conducted for appropriate subjects of communication levels for managing and improvement. Human resources are maintaining records of individual employee, coordinate activities as the system parts of communication and improvement. The documents are handle and improve by human resources department, and maintained and disposal are as per frequency and retention period.
