Lifting and rigging survey documents describe information of survey that conducted by visiting facility for lifting equipment.
Lifting and rigging survey documents are established to recording information of survey conducted at the manufacturing and supporting facility for verification and survey locations and lifting equipment to identify each lifting equipment, its supporting parts and load and capability for safety purpose. The lifting and rigging survey are one kind of inspection process that managed at each workplace and locations where lifting equipment are installed to conducting various processes, moving the materials and handling frequently in workplaces, the process is conducted for safety and verification of the each lifting equipment, where lifting activities, capacity of each lifting equipment, applicable procedures and used lifting equipment in processes are verified for the safety requirements. Lifting and rigging survey format is used for recording information of reviews are conducted by qualified officers, and qualified officers are responsible for visiting each location where lifting equipment are installed and used in regular processes, the lifting equipment concern activities, and its concern information are managed in this format by verification and examination of each rigging, movement and various test that required and to ensure the lifting equipment safe, and same each documents are maintained accordingly.
