Daily meeting documents describe information are collecting from meeting discussed points where concern issues, solutions, opinion of meeting members and other concern discussion points are conducted as well as suggestions from members, and remains points of previous meeting are discussed and recorded in the documents for improvement of each stage of manufacturing and supporting process. Daily meeting documentation are maintained to recording discussed point during meeting, the process is conducted for each meeting conducted for discussion on various issues and for locations are having the issues, solutions, modifications, requirements of resources etc., are general and needs to discuss points, collecting suggestions of each member of meeting and determine actions for improvement for particular issues or locations, the records are maintained of each activity conducted during the meeting and also records are maintained of follow up of the meeting results, responsibility and other points are managed in records to conduct answers from assigned personnel.
Daily meeting documentation are prepared and handled by concern manager, the lead personnel are conducting meeting and point out all the required issues, identify solution during meeting time, and prepare plans for implement on ground, the records for the each activity that directly concern with meeting that all the concern points are discussed and implemented hence records are maintained in the daily meeting documents. The records are maintained by management representative behalf of the management that all the records and its implementation concern issues are handled and activity, and process implementation are assigned responsibility to management representative that daily meeting which are conducted under the leadership of management personnel are managed and concern records are maintained accordingly. Daily meeting register format is used to recording daily meeting records, the system is deployed for collecting records to managing meeting concern information that discussed during regular meeting, the meeting is arranged for discussion of general issues, and its solutions, and the meeting also conducted for safety concern, environment or health etc.. Where all the regular requirements of workplaces are discussed and on base of the members agree on solutions, action plan is prepared and implemented accordingly. The records are maintained and update daily basis, and its storage and handled are managed according to standards system adopted in organization.
