Training reimbursement process is conducted to managing training reimbursement for employee on requirements or achievement work tasks or goal.

 

Training reimbursement process is prepared, maintained and conducted to managing individual employee training reimbursement, managing records as per activities conducted or provides training as planned for employee on requirements, request or for special tasks or achievement of goal, and its documentation are maintained accordingly. Training reimbursement process is prepared by human resources department and deployed in the system to managing each employee requirements as per their jobs, maintaining particular tasks skills to employee are deployed at the place, and those employees get the training reimbursement and became part of processes according requirements. The management system is managing each request from employees and their department supervisor for training and development their job / works are requirements for employee and accordingly each employee taken for training, and management allocate amount for it.

 

The management is receiving requests from employees and department supervisors for employee training; the management is conducting requirements and manage training reimbursement, and also identify the requirements to interact with employee, and employee explain how the training and its subject related to employee development goals and targets, works are conduct their job duties. Training reimbursement process / procedure is prepared and deployed by human resources department, and human resources manager is responsible for maintain processes, arrangements and establish records accordingly.
