Announcement planning document established to establish proper records and format that used to managing each announcement, it’s planning is helps to record important notices and announcement and its planning by management for internal management system concern announcement, on going project or new project development and requirements announcement etc., types of announcement that needs to attention of each employee of the company needs to carries in records and same the announcement are deployed in notice boards of each department to mentioned major announcement, planning and role of individual department as per announcement.
