Facilities and work environment inspection process / procedure is establish, maintain and update for conducting audit process to ensure that deployed system in the workplaces are maintained properly, the system environment health and safety system’s requirements, and applicable clauses are complied and all the requirements are fulfilled by concern department. Facilities and work environment inspection process is conducted to managing audit requirements, identification of non-conformance in the existing system for improvement of health and safety and work environment in workplace. The procedure and its sub process is conducted to managing plant, facility and machinery and equipment planning, manufacturing processes and its management system, there are also covered controlling manufacturing facility and work environment, the system audited of manufacturing processes, areas and machinery & equipment concern records and documentation.
Facilities and work environment inspection process / procedure is established by management, and management representative is responsible for establishment and management of the procedure to deployment of guidelines, monitoring and controlling system to maintain work instructions and procedure requirements for conducting facilitates and work environment process audits and internal management system requirements. Management representative is managing facilities and work environment audit process and its activities, for the managing audit requirements management representative select qualified auditors and assigned responsibility to conduct audit at scoped areas. During the inspection / audit process, auditors are conducting audit process and during process, auditors are filled checklist, see picture below given as example format of facilities and work environment inspection checklist for education purpose:

The general requirements of the process are to providing adequate resources and its concern requirements to enhancement end user satisfaction.
