Machine in-process documentation
Machine in-process documentation is established to recording in-process activities of machine during producing materials in manufacturing facility.
Machine in-process documentation is prepared, maintained & update to collecting in-process activities and concern activities of machines and related information in the manufacturing facilities to producing semi finish or finish product at manufacturing requirements as per customer requirements, and product standards. The records are maintained and update as per in-process activities are conducted during the working time and its documentation are filled for the same. Machine in-process records or documentation are maintained and update daily basis, when the machine is conducting any task that or used in producing materials that each concern details are conducted by concern supervisor for recording purpose. In the machine in-process records are generally considered raw materials inserted in the machine to output of the materials, bill of materials are used during the producing materials, in process inspection where measurement during in-process inspection processes are also covered for the recording.
Machine in-process documentation is prepared by production department, production manager is responsible for deployment of documentation system, assignment of duties to recording machine in-process activities and requirements, and also for the collecting information from concern supervisors, and hence supervisors are responsible for collection of records from production lines records where each machine wise details are managed and provided to production manager for further analysis. The records are gathering by production manager and identify machine in-process requirements, improvement of processes on base of records. The records are prepared by supervisors, see picture below given as example format of in-process report of machine are prepared and used for regular / daily recording purpose, here as below picture is given for education purpose:
In-process report of machine is reporting format, filled by concern supervisor and submit to production manager for further analysis. In the report generally regular / daily information are filled where each order are given by customer, are used for tracking the records. In the in-process report for machine is also covered records of process stages where semi finish materials inspection, dimension checking and sizes are done in-process, in-process dimension measured by concern supervisors / inspector, duration of total batch had taken to producing materials, and output of the materials and its concern information are used and mentioned in this report for reference and further actions / for next process reference.
