Daily planning documentation established to managing job order, manufacturing processes, resources and manpower management.
Daily planning documentation system are prepared and deployed in system to managing each resources are available with manufacturing processes, prepared job order to tracking each customer orders and materials loaded in manufacturing processes, managing manpower at various locations, areas and machinery & equipment for producing materials. The planning team is prepared documentation for plan to conducting production planning for producing materials as per customer requirements, team is identify raw materials, plan all machinery / equipments and all available resources to manufacturing processes to final materials. The planning are conducted by planning peoples according to customer purchase order, planning is prepared job orders where all the processes are organized as per production required sequences, identify bill of materials are used in the production department to required for producing materials & monitor each processes till final materials production process. The production planning is conducted on daily basis and all required instructions are provided by planning team to production to communicate with marketing team and management team as well as required for special instructions on customer specific / special characteristics requirements.
Daily planning documentation are prepared by planning team to managing production planning, production planning manager is responsible for conducting planning from raw materials to final product, planning manager is managing and verify all the planning documents to ensure that planning of materials are conducted properly for product quality and requirements of customers. The planning team is prepared documents for planning and its records are maintained in daily planning sheet or daily planning register, see picture below given as example format of daily planning sheet is generally use in planning department for recording each product planning, bill materials and other details that show production line requirements, processes sequences and planning records, below example given for education purpose:
Daily planning sheet is production planning department document is prepared for managing production planning and production requirements, organized planning for producing materials to considering product quality requirements, customer specific requirements to considering product standards. in the daily planning sheet is covered all requirements where current process which is conducting by current day and also covered next required process for particular product and same all records are maintained and update as per standard requirements.
