Project compliance documentation
Project compliance documentation is established for conduct requirements of projects and compliance of identified non conformity during inspection processes.
Project compliance documentation is prepared, maintain and update for managing records of project non-conformity and its compliance, project resources and other requirements that needs for project improvement to complete the project in time frame. The project compliance documentation are managed for preparation of action plan determine by management, concern manager for improvement to conducting records, information form various department, inspection reports and audit documents to identify requirements of resources, compliance for non-conformity identified during inspection / audit processes of any stage of manufacturing / project. Project compliance documentation are regular document are used in project department, where all the required actions details are managed and update regular basics, the records for the project needs, identified non-conformance and its action plan for improvement records and its brief details are maintained with reference to easier for tracking documents concern project and its action plan, implementation of actions as per targets, goals requirements.
Project compliance documentation is prepared by project team, and project manager is responsible for managing records, information, action plan and its implementation records are maintained, project manager is responsible for conduct each action required against non-conformity identified during inspection / audit process and its compliance records are maintained and update as per compliance or as per requirements of update frequency of document. The project manager is also responsible for assignment of responsibility to personnel for conducting compliance task and its follow up of action plan determine to comply requirements, and its implementation and required controls are managed by project manager. The documents are handled and its records are maintained in project compliance actions sheet, see picture below given as example format for conducting records in format, the format given for education purpose:
Project compliance actions sheet is used to recording information, action plan and its implementation in the project scope areas, and also used to monitoring on activities that needs to conduct during the time periods are provided as the target for compliance of actions defined for project implementation or as part of compliance requirements. the document is handle update on each action compliance by concern department and same the records are maintained.
