Pre contract review document is prepared for conduct enquiry information to verification and approvals for further dealing or contract with customer.

 

Pre contract review document is prepared for verification of enquiry information provided by customers to checking details for approvals for further dealing with customer on all details are agree by management, the details are collect and verify by marketing department which are managed as the enquiry for product requirements from customers, the details are collected and verify as the part of contract with customers that each sales contracts are verified before contract are signed by authority, that is pre contract review.  The pre contract review is process which all inquiry concern details are collected by marketing team, and each detail are managed for reviews which are provided by customers for product requirements. In the pre contract reviews are generally conducted when sale contracts are needs to managed & signed with customers for frequently needs of materials where contract is describe frequent requirements of customer where product rates and its requirements, technical and standards requirements are maintained in each order with payment terms and other conditions are will be maintained as per sales contracts, and marketing team is managing each documents to asking customers for its requirements.

 

The marketing team is collecting records and verify before contract done, the records and its concern activities are managed by marketing team, marketing manager is responsible for pre contract reviews processes by verify documents and ask for remain documents if any from customer. There also some important information like mode of sales and transportation concern details, required packing and packaging terms, environmental concern details that having an objection to proceeding in internal system that needs to care as customer requirements and in case customer expecting quality concern requirements like third party inspection agency needs to appoint to conduct inspection processes behalf of customer and its details are needs to mention.
