Managing process log
Managing process log is task of manufacturing processes and its activities record where any change that effect product standards and quality.
Managing process log is task / process record where conducting each activities and records which is managed during the manufacturing process and its concern activities which is indicate any change in manufacturing processes are managed and records which is changes, that effect product standards and quality of product. The process logs are managed accordingly its concern processes, changes that made during the activity, the process concern records are managed are manpower management, methods which are conducting in the various processes and its change can be effect the processes, procedures and work instructions of processes, machine / equipment concern changes are considered in the process log changes.
Process log records are conducting by various department’s supervisor and managing concern managers which is reporting to general manager for further actions on the changes or any requirements that improvement of the processes, the process log is conducted to recording activities and changes that made during the working time in workplaces that can directly or indirectly effecting product quality and process standards. the changes can be positive or negative impacts that is no matter for log files, process log files is conducting both type of changes which is happened in manufacturing processes. All collected logs from various processes and various areas are managed in process log file, see picture below given as example format of process log sheet, for education purpose:
Process log sheet is covered all the information of changed happened in manufacturing and supporting processes and activities that directly or indirectly effect product and process standards, the records are handled by concern managers and submitted to general manager for further processing and analysis for improvement in the manufacturing and supporting process.
