Project Documentation requirement
Project documentation requirement conducted project concern documents indexing and recording documentation requirements for project.
Project documentation requirements and its process is conducted for managing documentation requirements to project stages and task that needs to managing each steps, recording and other concern requirements that needs to comply requirements of project standards that needs to managing project documentation requirements and its concern process for manage project. Project documentation requirements and its process is conducted to managed all documentation requirements as per customer requirements, customers are provides its requirements that needs of projects, project leaders are managing those requirements, documentation requirements are conducted and provides to customers as per customer needs, documents which is managed during project resources and requirements process are managed.
Project documentation requirements are managed by project team, project manager is responsible for conducting that requirement from client / customers and manage documentation for collecting information from various areas and locations to conducting requirements of project. The project manager all the required documentation are managed in the format is documentation requirement sheet, see picture below given as example format for education purpose:
Documentation requirement sheet is covered all project required documentation, documents which is used in the project and requirements of the customers are conducted in the documentation requirements sheet, each documents are managed separately and on submission, records are verified and managed accordingly. The records are also provides to customer as per documents are collected during project requirements and management.
