Quality review follow-up action documentation
Quality review follow-up action documentation is established for conducting records of action plan that requirements raised from quality reviews process.
Quality review follow-up action documentation is prepared and deployed in the system for collecting records of activities of follow-up after quality reviews, action plan which is determined from quality reviews that managed for improvement of quality in internal management system, the management is determine action plan to considering requirements of the quality activities which is raised from quality review process, the quality review is conducted by management. Management is conducting quality reviews as per requirements or frequency defined for reviews, generally quarterly quality reviews is conducted, during quality reviews all process are conducted for verification and reviews and identify requirements of quality improvement, requirements of resources are identify and indexing all requirements, the listed all the requirements are managed and determine action plan for improvement. Quality reviews follow-up action plan is improved by concern management as per departmental requirements and manufacturing, production lines; quality and supporting activities are managed respectively.
Quality reviews follow-up action documentation are managed by management representative and quality manager for the improvement of the internal quality management system, management representative collecting information from quality reviews, records and requirements & action plan that jointly conducted with quality manager for improvement in the entire company activities. The records and documentations are managed and improvement action plan are merged in the documentation for recording purpose. For indexing each quality review records and its follow-up action plans are managed in the format is quality reviews follow-up action sheet where all the action plan and improvement actions are managed accordingly.
