Dealer order management established for managing records, transitions and material manager to distribution & accounting for each dealer order.
Dealer order management prepared & established to managing each dealer order and its transitions for material orders, organize distribution for the materials and accounting effects for conducting financial records & individual ledgers. Dealer order management is conducted for the managing each dealer orders and its individual product delivery and its management for enhancement of product delivery in time frame, the management for the dealer order is important part of the sales and distribution, for the general product that required for the dealer system needs to managing each order and its management is important for improvement of delivery and management. In the dealer order management system, each order which placed by dealer is managed separately or managed as per zone wise requirements, zonal manager is conducting each order from dealers and manage as per transitions requirements, the product which is ordered are conformed with dealer, communication for delivery and other levies concern are managed by zonal manager and same are provided to dealers on time frame. In the dealer management time management is important part that each transition is conducted and its transportations are managed as per zone requirements.
Dealer order management & its procedure is established and managed by zonal manager and zonal manager is responsible for conducting activities concern dealer orders, billing management and accounting concern requirements, communication with dealers for proper handle each order in line with requirements. Dealer management and conducting each order is part of marketing and sales that communication with marketing and sales are managed zone wise, or central distribution system that conducting each order and shipping to customer, there are so many ways to conducting management, but a best ways to distribution system for zonal setup to easier for transportation, communication and other requirements fulfillment, compliance of statutory and government requirements are easier for zonal management. Dealer order management and its documentation are conducted for managing each records and its concern accounting requirements, general registers are maintained zone wise, see picture below given as example format for dealer order register for education purpose:
Dealer order register covered detailed information of each order that managed as per transition identification number for tracking each order and dealer order, the transition identification number is generated for multiple dealer order that is zonal transition identification number, in the single transition multiple dealer order is manage for easier for conducting zonal records, but is it possible for each dealer order separately transit as per it order reference, but generally zonal system can easier zonal identification transition if the order frequency are often.
