Introduction training & learning to employee or staff is conducted to provide company information and guidelines for conducting works at appropriate workplaces.
When any employee / staff is joining the company that is important that each details about company are provide to new employee to maintain company policy, rule and regulations, discipline and works where for employee is selected for particular task or works. The human resources department is provides mid communication between department head and new joint employee, department head is provides information to human resources department about work tasks, department internal system and other individual requirements of department to prepared employee to conduct works smoothly at workplace when assigned duties for particular works. The human resources department conduct all the information from various department and interact with new join employee to provides introductions training and learning to make easier for both the parties to communication & sharing information of workplaces. Human resources department is prepared documents of each collected information from various department, manage company introductions, policies, terms and conditions to provide information to employee, for the provides working environment, product information, process information etc., are managed as the basic introduction which is required to employee for understand product and process for further training.
The human resources department is responsible for communicate with new join employee, department head and trainers for arrangement of introduction employee training and learning for preparation to make eligible to perform tasks in workplaces.
