Route card discrepancies
Route card discrepancies process and its documents are established for recording discrepancies in route cards that identified during manufacturing process.
In manufacturing units, route card is important part that covered production lines to arranging materials which are needs to producing, route card is the format which through all production lines get the guidelines, instructions and planning to managing machinery, equipment and devices as well material handling and inserting in manufacturing units, the route card having the information used for manufacturing activities, manpower management and conducting all the activities for producing materials that is the reason that main part of the planning system is route card for manufacturing product or producing materials as per route card guidelines. Due to all the manufacturing process is depends on the route card that manufacturing personnel are managing accordingly and verify with records, information with sales orders / work order to ensure that the materials are lifting in the production lines are correct and same that the records are maintained in production lines, its important that verification of orders with route card, generally production mangers / general manager is verify the sales order / work order with route cards and ensure that all the entries are correct & as per requirements given by customers and then after route card will insert in the production lines, the same records are maintained. During the verification of the route card, in case any process or any discrepancies are identified by general manager that records are maintained and update with planning department for the correction of the route card accordingly.
When the route card is inserted in the manufacturing processes that concern managers and supervisor are also verify for inserting materials to production lines, in case of any discrepancies are not identified that there are also possible that at the time of running processes, any route card discrepancies are identify due to materials change or standards, grades or processes sequences or any other reasons that needs to maintained and preparation of the records to all identified route card discrepancies documented to improvement of the manufacturing processes.
