Machine Utilization analysis and report
Machine utilization analysis is conducted to ensure machine is utilizing and producing materials as per required time frame and maintains standard operating procedures.
Machine utilization analysis established to ensure machine management is properly planned, and producing materials at various lines are properly conducted in time frame as per requirements of standard operating procedures. Machine utilization analysis process is conducted on monthly basis, annually or as per batch, materials change, the system support to analysis all collected information to proper analysis and managing and identifying utilization through production summary. The purpose of monthly machine utilization is identify used of machinery as per standard requirements and capacity of machine, in case the utilization percentages are identified lower than required that needs to proper actions to reduce time consumption, wastage by effective machine planning and actions that improve utilization percentages that eliminate time gaps.
Machine utilization analysis and concern documentation are prepared by production, general manager, where all the information from various production lines, data, reports and information collection, organizing information and analysis to identify utilization of machine. Machine utilization analysis is responsibility of general manager, hence all the information concern to production are provided by department manager and they are responsible to attend daily / routine works reporting, register and records that are conducted and provided to general manger. General manger is collect information and identify machine utilization to determine action plan to increase utilization percentages for maximize productivity of machine and production lines. Machine utilization analysis report is prepared by general manager and all the details are summarized in single format. monthly machine utilization summary report is established by general manger and ensure the reports should be as per planned the materials for production lines, the utilization percentage targets should be achieved in case the machine utilization percentage is not achieve as per target that general manger is verifying all production lines to identify root causes / sources of time consumption, wastage’s and other utility to determine action plan for improvement in machine utilization. The records are kept by general manager, and used for the improvement in production lines; all the records are hold as per retention period decided in system.
