Employee skill inventory management is process to identify employee expertise in subjects and ranking to arrangements to improvement individually.
Employee skill inventory management is procedures which individual managerial level person is selected and ranking on skill level in subject to required for the company improvement, enhancement within department productivities which from person is belong, trial up the inventory of skills are available with manager / person to identify, ranking and actions for improvement. Employee skill inventory is listing all available skill which is identify during skill inventory evaluation by questions, reporting, discussion on subjects etc, methods are used to appraisal employee / manager individual. Generally skill inventory is identified, improved individual for managerial level, at end peoples of manager will be conduct individual at another method which are training, on job training etc. employee skill inventory management is conducted by management team for each department managers, the system is approve to take the skill inventory one by one proper identification, recording and improvement, on complete of skill inventory report will be conducted by human resource department for recording purpose & tracking personal improvement after improvement actions.
Employee skill inventory management covered the entire department’s manger to conducting as per department’s individual requirements, expertise, weakness and other concern subjects about company and discipline. Department management should be sound in functions knowledge & how to improve, its should possible on base of skill inventory and personal interviews, the motive of employee skill inventory evaluation is to managing, improve & effectively utilized hidden skills of employee for department improvement. Employee skill inventory template is document prepared by human resources for evaluation of activities or listing skill of individual employee / manager for improvements. Management teams during the discussion with manger some major factors or skill inventory is discussed and ranking for evaluate inventory, some points are given as below:

On base of the employee skill inventory form and its documentation, management is analysis all collected information for the proper actions. Management is ranking each point to evaluate level of employee to easier for preparation of improvement plan to cover skills and development. Management is conducting improvement action plan & after some time re-assessment are conducted to verify effectiveness of the actions to enhance skill level of employee.
