Daily Production Program is plan or schedule for next day to manage process, machinery, human resource and material by priority order.

Manufacturing process and its sequences are establish & manage as per develop product with supreme quality to maintain & enhance customer satisfaction. All the manufacturing process are needed to manpower, bill of material, machinery and equipment etc.. to producing material, each machine and equipments can be reflecting the priorities if each batch are not manage in ordered & as per job requirement, so its very important all the production batch / lot or job should be pre defined by the order of the priority and settlement of the machinery & equipment, if the company is engaged to producing multiple products or in multiple sizes by different location units. Further production peoples has to know the next schedule to preparations of the manage all the required tools, dies and other things that need for the next process, so predefined jobs are helps to controlling on costing and time factor which is important for the manufacturing company as well as customer satisfaction which is measured by delivery schedules.

Daily production program is required for each working day; these planning of production are managing before one day evening or as per management schedules. Mostly in companies are prepared daily production program in evening at end of the shift when all the current processes are finished, at the movement all available materials, tools and other required supporting process material availabilities & next day requirements are match to understand further requirements in time, this is reason next day schedules are prepared before day.

Daily production program is prepared by planning department with support of production managers, planning peoples are collecting information from the production department for full day production, store department for availabilities & human resource department for manpower to understand situation and making a program for next day.

Daily production program is schedule that indicates all the jobs required for the completion of the order, on base of the daily production program production department get the idea of the machinery, equipment and manpower management, this daily production program should be available before / or on shift is start. Date: 05/05/2014 – Evening – Planning Department & production concern peoples are met at the table for the discussion for next day schedule & prepared daily production program for date. 06/05/2014.
Planning Department are making photocopies of daily production program & distributing among the entire concern department (See picture above name of department) each department one copy.
Planning Department can maintain “Daily production Program Register” where all the department peoples are sign as receiver of copy. – This copy should be reach to all concern departments on / before shift start.
Planning Department attach original copy of daily production program in daily production program File As same at other side all the department should be maintain file of daily production program file separately by up to date.
Entry of the Daily production program in main job order list which is pending list of the orders of today daily production program of 05/05/2014. ( as completion of job part)
If Job is fully completed, intimate to marketing and dispatch department for further corresponding.
