Deviation Permit

Deviation permit inter communication request to get permission from another department for deviation in product, specification, quantity, quality requirements or any technical change that request for the acceptance request send by deviation permit request format. This deviation permission is widely use in the manufacturing industry when any department feel to change job order / work order’s product requirements that need to change according to requirements of time, resources or any other reasons make the request form to another department with change acceptance which is comfit schedule, job order or sales order requirements or deviation in delivery.

Example:

In the manufacturing unit, production department having a trouble by some mechanical problem which is difficult to solve in next two days, when the production department having a job card / work order which is step by step process are need to conduct, when the product having a trouble to follow the job card due to machine problem that production department skill that step (depends on the process or possible to change in sequences) and that step will be conduct as second last process, but this can’t do as its wishes hence, production department will be request deviation permit to quality department for the accept the new sequences which is need at present situation, this is very important to acceptance letter in this regards. At that time deviation permit form are need to fill and return with sign as terms of acceptance of quality department.
