In manufacturing industry, product and its manufacturing process are very important, product is the pivot and all the manufacturing activities are supporting to producing raw material to finish product, during the processes activities there are most important part is the quality checking of the product, during some processes possible that the product required quality can reflects, hence the product inspection is most important to compliance of the customer technical and quality requirement of product.

Product inspection can be in process or final product inspection, for the all inspection process step can be recorded in single format that can be product inspection record.
