MSDS – Material Safety Data Sheet

In manufacturing industry, generally for the manufacturing process, supporting processes need to used for the product finalization, required some chemical, material that are can be defined as hazardous categories for the environmental, health and safety issues for the workmen in company, all the hazardous material, chemical that used in the company need to safety during the handing material, storage and used at the process. All the hazardous chemical, materials need to material safety data sheet form manufacturer for the safety during the various operations. For these critical requirements, MSDS requirements for the various chemicals and material need to recording information in single sheet, example sheet is given as below:

1. Material – Name of the Material / Chemical used in the company.

2. MSDS Number – MSDS is proved by supplier, manufacturer along with the material supply, this number will be comes along with MSDS copy.

3. Supplier – Name of the supplier / Distributor whose supplied the material

4. Manufacturer – Name of the Manufacturer who had manufacturer Chemical / Materials

5. User Department – Chemical / Material that is in hazardous categorized used at the end user department, name of the end user department.

6. Location / Storage – in case of the temperately storage / location where used that need to mention for the tracking and internal inspection purpose.
