1. Document Number / Revision Number / Revision Date – All the information is the quality management parts that require to tracking, monitoring and easier the system monitoring and controlling the document levels.

2. Material Description – Description of the material for the quality concern planning.

3. Customer Name for the specific quality plan, particular customer wise quality planning.

4. Order number – against the purchase order conducting the quality planning and details.

5. Specific requirements – when the customer is place the order, some customers’ requirement that should be specific requirements.

6. Test / Process – All the required testing details, inspection process details for the quality.

7. Supporting Equipment – All the supporting equipments used for the quality testing, a detail of the equipments for the planning is necessary to motioned.

8. Documents – for the quality control planning, document for the quality control.

9. Inspection process

–         Date of the inspection

–         Quantity planned for the inspection

–         Details if the company self inspection conducting – planning level

–         Customer inspection conduct – planning

–         If the customer are allocated third party / agency for the quality inspection, planning for the material.
