3. Communication Reference – Communication reference is the bridge for the two different departments that can be internal documents, memo, technical details, phone calls, email any kinds of communication done for the ordering the fabrication works.

4. Engineer name and Contact Details – Name of Engineer and Contact Details is very important to communicate, in case required.

5. Department – Engineer’s department

6. Description of request – Fabrication (machine, Equipment, Device, Civil or Other) – This details is identification of the material that fabricators are going to create, here is need to identify the details that can be machine, equipment or any other things.

7. Drawing Number and Details – Details of the drawing and its number that should provided by engineer or jointly crated drawing.

8. Expected Date – Date is the delivery date for the material delivery to requester.

9. Priority – This requested Material is on which categories? Higher priority or lower etc..

10. Previously made? – This is reference of the previously same or similar equipment, machine etc.. Fabricated that should be great help to fabricators.

13. Expert Engineering view – in case of the expert view or engineering support required that all the concern information will be declared here to help to fabricator to fabricate material on time.

14. Purpose – Engineering requirements or other purpose for the machine, equipment etc.. Expect to deliver.

15. Requirement of Material – Supply along with Work Order

16. Needs further Material – if the along with work order some basic material that send by engineering department to supporting fabricator and project running fast purpose, in case remains material required that all the details of the list are mentioned here in.
