  1. Unit / Location / Area – Details of the location where emergency lighting is deployed, information of the emergency lighting should be cleared and same emergency lighting are easier to see for everyone who are pass the ways, rooms areas.
  2. Nos. of lights / bulbs / tubes – total numbers of units are deployed in location / area to easier to identify the requirements, deployment management of emergency lighting & as per emergency situation handling.
  3. Light Color – Emergency lighting should be different color coded to easier for identify, maintain and replacing process.
  4. Light ID number – each lighting should be unique identification number.
  5. Voltage – recording of the each lighting bulb / tubes are installed for the emergency services that information of voltage required.
  6. Last Inspection Date & Status – when the last inspection are completed and what was the status of the last inspection after action compliances.
  7. Last Changed date – if after the last inspection, incase of any changes are made that information of the changes should be maintain in this format.
  8. Frequency of inspection – emergency lighting inspection’s frequency should be mentioned & need to maintain as per schedule.
  9. Remarks – if any queries, information, comments can be filled in remark column for records.
