Environment health and safety management system is for bottom level peoples that works on floor in production & plant level workman that directly touched with heavy machine and equipment and also with hazardous chemicals, possibility of the accident / incidents are much than others employees hence the workmen complains and suggestions are much important for the improvement in environment health and safety management system. Workmen are pivot for the project of the enhancement and continual improvement in safety and health system.
Workmen are openly comes to management or management representative for the complaint or suggestion, comments that are seriously considered, investigate and try to improvement, eliminate or substitute ways can be possible to find for the elimination of the accident / incident possibility or minimize risk level at the areas which is suggested / complained for the process / procedures or work environment.
For the monitoring of the each complaint / suggestions from workman, employees register are maintained with some basic columns as below:
- Complaint / Suggestion or comments are received from – name of the person who given comments or suggestions.
- Received by – name of person with designation who had collected information and given to management representative, there are also possible that directly workman gives the feedbacks on it.
- Details of complaint / suggestions
- Actions – all the necessary actions are recorded in this field
- Status of the each complaints / suggestion
