A. According to Clause No. 4.3.2 & 4.5.2 (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
- Does they aware about legal requirements
- Identification is properly done or not?
- Are they monitoring or not?
- is legal compliance report available ?
- Does the evaluation of compliance of legal and other requirement have been made?
- is there any deviation in legal compliance?
- Is there any action initiated on non fulfillment of legal compliance?
B. According to Clause No. 4.4.2 (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
- Does they are with you Procedure i.e. Competence awareness & training?
- Are you maintaining competence evaluation record?
- Does training needs register is in use or it is maintaining?
- Training record/register or training attendance sheet is available or not?
