Continual improvement plan

Continual improvement is the balance improvement, there are no changes in the leak behind any part of organization or as the unit that going to taken the project for continual improvement, at the same unit will takes the advance stage continual improvement, reason is that the continual improvement are having the system to enhance base requirements of monitoring, analysis on each step had taken for improvement, when the step is confirm for the free form any mistake that next step are taken for improvement, that is the reason had ever continual improvement are always given the strong base of the improvement.

Basic requirement of the continual improvement planning as below:

1. Details of department
2. Objective setting and its target
3. maximum time period
4. Plan to achieve the target – Description for the each step is going for improvement of objective.
5. Estimate time for the achievement of target level.
6. Responsibility  and accountability for the improvement of project
7. Completion state and its current target level for the next improvements.
