Whether toilets, washrooms are properly cleaned and maintained?
Whether hand wash with liquid soap / powder is available in the toilet room?
Whether proper and washed overcoats, caps, masks, gloves, inside foot wears are provided to the employees?
Whether proper ventilation is provided in the toilet?
Whether the hygiene block has Non-hand operated sinks, liquid soap dispenser
Whether proper hand dryer/disposal towel is provided in the hygiene block?
Whether proper sanitation setup is provided in the hygiene block?
Whether do’s and do not’s sign boards are displayed in the needed areas?
Whether signboard direct the employee to wash and sanitize their hand is available?
Whether employee health condition is verified regularly during employment? Mention the frequency
Whether medical checkup record is available for all food handlers please Specify :
– Name of any one food handler
– Date of medical checkup, frequency of medical checkup is maintained.
Check the vaccination status of the food handlers – Date of last vaccination
Whether the personal hygiene records are well maintained?
