Water Analysis Report

In manufacturing unit, water management is biggest part of the management, water input and output both is very important for maintain manufacturing & working environment as well around areas. In the manufacturing industry input water are used mostly city water which normal for the production, but the output water along effluents are generates from the various production processes, for the maintain water clean need to establish plant for the ETP (Effluent  Treatment plan ) for the reduction of the percentage or make very law sewage or eliminate from the water.

But still in the water percentage of the effluents is still mix in the water which is difficult to identify by visually, its look like normal water after treatment, but in micro level its available in water that little hard water which is not for drink or any regular works even for garden, because mostly in production processes are use acidic material which is harm to  human body as well as plants and environment, if the fumes not properly controlled by scrubber ( Scrubber is type of machine that used for the blow acidic flumes from the plant and through out at high as per instructed by government laws ).

Generated water as the output from ETP are need to analysis for the current level to compare with city water, for the testing and its records are maintain in water analysis report that all the testing are separately maintain and same are need to follow up as actions required for the controlling on the water analysis and clean up.
